  I never hopped on the Starbucks bus, I've always been a Dunkin Doughnuts or Wawa kind of girl. There are two in the KOP Mall but this review is for the one near Bloomingdale's.
  
  I received a gift card so I ventured over early in the morning. I know these Starbucks get pretty crowded.  The staff that I encountered were very friendly and adept. No complaints here on service.
  
  My companion ordered a coffee I didn't understand and I guess this is why I've never fit in here. I need coffee every day of my life but I need it in the most simplistic terms possible. I need it to be large, not grande and I need it with cream and sugar not foams or God forbid my portrait drawn in it. I skipped the coffee altogether and decided to get one of their breakfast sandwiches. It was made with a very flaky, grainy kind of biscuit that I personally did not enjoy but the  inside ingredients were tasty in a previously frozen and reheated kind of way.

  Don't know why the line is always SO long. Came in here yesterday and we got two teas. Very clearly ordered. BOTH came out wrong and when told about the orders being wrong, we were stared at. The tea was taken and placed in a "wrong" pile amongst a few others. One barista said to another "what's wrong with THESE ones?" This was at a slow time surprisingly, so I can't imagine what getting your order is like during peak hours, yet alone holiday shopping. Go to the Nordstrom cafe or coffee bar, you'll get much better service.

  I purchased a $25 gift card on 12/23  and gave it to my granddaughter for Christmas.  When she went to use it at another store, they stated the card was invalid and she needs to contact the store that it was purchased from. When she contacted this store, they gave her a hard time on the phone and said they had problems processing cards in December. They told her to deal with the credit card company.
  
  It's hard to believe that a company like Starbucks would deal with a problem like this in the manner they did . The way they should of dealt  with it, was to say they were sorry and issued a credit back to the charge card.  That would of been the responsible way to handle it.

  There's 2 Starbucks in this mall but I'm pretty sure based on these reviews that this is referring to the one near Macy's.
  
  To start, this Starbucks is just dirty and disorganized. There is barely enough room for the lines to go between the meager seating.  
  
  Pros:
  Couldn't find a food court and the only nearby alternative was Legal Seafoods so I'm lucky this place served real food like sandwiches and oatmeal
  
  Cons:
  The wait is quite a bit, probably half because people are not sure where to line up and what is going on in there. The line actually forms to the left side, which is funny because you enter from the right side of the store and there's already a clump of people there who are actually the people waiting for their drinks.
  Prepare to fight for a place to sit, along with a clean spot on the tables.
  Confused and slow employees, but to be fair it was the holiday season
  This one's not really their fault, but probably by proxy, all the patrons there are pissy and grumpy and territorial about the line. Probably mostly because they were in the line for so goddamn long.

  I have been loyal to this Starbucks location since 2015.  The staff is so attentive and friendly, even when the line is out the door and around the block.  I enjoy the atmosphere and service.  The new Manager Tristan is doing an outstanding job leading his team of superior Baristas.
